Prevents bridging in slide soldering. 72M series contain new activators for improved wettability and new resin composition for better flux coverage. They can prevent bridging even at defect prone conditions such as low iron tip temperature or fast sliding speed.
High in electrical reliability. With the activation level of flux being categorized as ROL0, 72M series prevent electro-migration and secure high surface insulation resistance. For better usability, they emit less amount of fume when soldering and leave clearer flux residue.
Superior wetting properties. New activators with superior activation characteristics successfully remove oxide film from the surfaces to be soldered. As a result, S3X-72M exhibits high wettability not only to Cu, but also to “difficult to wet” merals such as Ni and Brass.
